Fee Policy

Booking Fee

• Non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to secure a booking/date

• Payment is kindly requested within 7 days

Balance of Fee

• Fee balance is payable 30 days prior to ceremony

Travel Costs

• Travel exceeding 60 km round trip will incur additional fees

• Island and out-of-town ceremonies, where distance may require overnight stays, will incur travel and accommodation fees

Payment Plans

• Flexible payment plans are available - just ask!

Refunds

• Cancellations 60+ days before event: Full refund of all payments made (excluding $150 booking fee)

• Cancellations 30–60 days before event: 50% refund of payments made (excluding $150 booking fee) 

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be provided

The Celebrant reserves the right to consider refunds outside these terms in exceptional circumstances
